These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and bajiapp ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing the bajiapp website at bajiapp.im, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity offered by bajiapp, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bajiapp platform. Your continued use of bajiapp following any modification to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the bajiapp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

Access to and use of the bajiapp platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute and non-negotiable minimum age requirement. bajiapp strictly prohibits access by minors.
2. You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful where you are located.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where bajiapp's services are prohibited by local law or regulation.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of another individual or organization when registering or placing wagers.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of bajiapp or any of its group companies, unless express written permission has been granted.

Accounts registered with false age information will be permanently terminated, and any winnings accumulated during such use may be forfeited in full. bajiapp cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in all matters relating to underage gambling.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bajiapp services, users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including a valid mobile number or email address, a date of birth confirming eligibility, and any additional information requested for identity verification purposes.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) bajiapp account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajiapp login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. bajiapp will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or live chat.

3.3 Account Verification

bajiapp may require users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time at the Platform's sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and verification of payment methods used.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bajiapp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source minus any applicable processing fees. bajiapp reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at its sole discretion.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the bajiapp payment processing policy, subject to successful completion of any applicable verification checks. bajiapp reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

Transactions may be conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT, depending on the payment method selected. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by bajiapp and may differ from interbank rates. bajiapp is not responsible for any currency conversion losses.

bajiapp offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

• Bonuses are only available to users who have verified their accounts and met the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Each promotion has specific wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• bajiapp reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts or converted to real money unless wagering requirements are met in full.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional offers — including through arbitrage, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

All betting and gaming activities on bajiapp are conducted in accordance with the rules applicable to each individual game or sport. These rules are made available within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of any technical malfunction or dispute, the decision of bajiapp shall be final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 14.

bajiapp sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and esports — are offered as-is. Market prices and odds reflect bajiapp's assessment of the probability of outcomes and are set at bajiapp's sole discretion. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event.

bajiapp reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, at odds materially different from the market price at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of manipulation, insider information, or technical error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajiapp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using bajiapp if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the bajiapp platform's security systems.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or manipulating the system.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or are connected to fraudulent transactions.
• Abusing the bajiapp customer support team or engaging in any conduct that bajiapp reasonably deems threatening, harassing, or offensive.

All content on the bajiapp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game mechanics, and the overall look and feel of the site, is the exclusive property of bajiapp or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajiapp platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the bajiapp platform without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajiapp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

The bajiapp platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

bajiapp is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a suite of tools accessible from within your bajiapp account to help you manage your gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your bajiapp account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period if you feel you need a break.

bajiapp reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, breach of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, chargebacks, or activity inconsistent with legitimate gaming behavior.

You may also request the closure of your bajiapp account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balances remaining in the account at the time of closure (subject to verification and compliance with these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming laws under which bajiapp holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bajiapp platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bajiapp's internal complaints procedure.

To raise a formal complaint, you should contact the bajiapp support team in writing at the contact details set out in Section 14. bajiapp will acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in the applicable gaming licence.

bajiapp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document. Where required by applicable law or regulation, we will provide reasonable prior notice of significant changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the bajiapp platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
